What did Nevada’s silver miners do before a big day chasing their dreams? They rustled up some grub, and shared tales of striking it rich. Some of them were true, most of them weren’t. Today, that routine remains the same, but now we live in the 21st century. Who says carb-loading can’t be elegant!? Northstar’s chefs will provide a paired 3-course meal to Meeker Wines, specialty cocktails, and Revision Brewing Co Beer.
